The move comes amid stalled power-sharing talks between Tsvangirai and Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe. The two men have so far failed to agree on who should lead a government of national unity. Tsvangirai won the first round of the country's presidential election back in March, But he boycotted the June run-off, citing governmental intimidation tactics and violence against his supporters.
